Guido obtained his PhD from New York University (NYU).
Research interests: endogenous growth, dynamic macroeconomics, indeterminacy and sunspot equilibria, technological change, intellectual property rights, government procurement and growth, culture and development, pharmaceutical industry, banking economics.
Guido joined the Department of Economics at Glasgow as a Professor of Economics in July 2007. He previously held posts at the Universities of Bath, Macerata (Italy), Rome “La Sapienza” (Italy) and Cornell University (USA).
Guido has left the University of Glasgow and has now moved to the University of Durham. |
