The workshop will take place at the University of Edinburgh, School of Business, Lecture Theatre 1 (LT1), 7 Bristo Square, Edinburgh EH8 9AL

OPTIONAL EVENING PROGRAMME:

Delegates will be able to take part in three evening events:

On Thursday (23/4) a formal dinner (celebrating Scottish cuisine) will take place at 19.30pm in the Raeburn Room, Old College, University of Edinburgh

On Friday delegates (24/4) will be able to take part in a whisky experience and informal dinner:

The whisky experience will be held between 18h15-19h15 at The Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre, 354 Castlehill, The Royal Mile, Edinburgh, EH12NE and includes a one hour pre dinner tasting experience:
Tasting of 4 Single Malt Whiskies – Lowland, Highland, Speyside and Islay
“Sensory Perception” Whisky Aromas Test & Prize
Whisky miniature for each guest

This is followed at 19h30 by a meal at the Amber Room Restaurant where delegates will have a 3 course dinner.

Delegates will be able to take part in all evening events, but can opt out of the whisky experience and one or all of the meals should they not wish to take part.
