Macroeconomics, Financial Linkages and the Regions: Appointments

The Macroeconomics, Financial Linkages and the Regions programme has made 14 new appointments:

  • Nine senior (Full Professor) appointments at Glasgow (Gabriel Talmain, Apostolis Philoppulos (part-time), Klaus Walde (part-time), Guido Cozzi, Raouf Boucekkine (part-time), Ulrich Woitek (part-time), and Tao Zhu (part-time)); Rod McCrorie (St Andrews); and Bernard Fingleton (Strathclyde).

  • Five junior appointments at Glasgow (Iona Moldovan), St Andrews (Alex Trew, Ozge Senay and Fabio Arico) and Strathclyde (Gonzalo Forgues-Puccio).

In addition a number of the new appointments within other SIRE programmes have close links to the Macroeconomics, Financial Linkages and the Regions programme, notably: Olga Gorbachev and José (Sevi) Rodriguez-Mora (Edinburgh, BIC).
